AdPulse is a digital marketing agency specializing in paid advertising management for small businesses. We are committed to transparency, integrity, and professional service delivery.
2. Service Scope
AdPulse provides tiered marketing services as described below:
Basic Package
Starting at $1,000/month

- • 3 custom creatives per month
- • Weekly performance reporting
Growth Package
Starting at $2,500/month
- • Meta + Google Ads management
- • Full funnel build & optimization
- • Weekly deep-dive optimization
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the success of our campaigns and compliance with platform policies (Stripe, Meta, Google), the Client agrees to maintain:
- A valid legal entity (LLC or Corp) and EIN.
- A dedicated business bank account for all transactions.
- A fully live and functional website with matching business information.
- Clear and accessible Privacy Policy and Terms of Service on their own website.
- Timely communication regarding approvals and asset delivery.
4. No Guarantee Clause
AdPulse expressly disclaims any guarantee of specific results, income, or return on investment (ROI).
Digital marketing involves numerous variables outside of our control, including but not limited to: platform algorithm changes, competitor activity, market demand, and the Client's own sales processes. While we strive to achieve the best possible outcomes using industry-standard practices, we do not promise or imply that the Client will achieve any specific financial result.
Any testimonials or case studies presented on our website are examples of past performance and are not intended to represent or guarantee that current or future clients will achieve the same or similar results.
5. Payments & Cancellation
Billing: Services are billed monthly in advance. Payment must be received before work commences for the billing period.
Cancellation: Clients may cancel their service agreement with 30 days' written notice. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered or for the remainder of the current billing cycle.
Ad Spend: All advertising budgets (paid directly to platforms like Meta or Google) are the sole responsibility of the Client and are not included in AdPulse's management fees.
